I am Christina Diebel, a contemporary fine art photographer based in Amsterdam.

 

My background in fashion design continues to shape my photographic vision, sharpening my sensitivity to form, fabric and aesthetics.

After working in photo production, I soon began creating my own work – the camera has always returned to my hands.

I love portraying people, revealing their individuality, their beauty, and the spark that makes their presence come alive. I see clothing not simply as styling, but as a language, an architectural counterpart to movement and emotion. I am especially drawn to photographing women, whose presence carries a quiet and profound strength.

My visual language is minimalist, clear and attuned to resonance.  For me, strength does not need to be loud or brutal – it can be quiet, fragile and deeply human. Through photography, I explore these tensions and transform them into an art form.
